Two upstairs bedrooms, each has a private bathroom featuring a large shower. Lockable doors to bedrooms.
One queen bed in each room, bedroom chair and space to put suitcases and luggage.
Reverse cycle air conditioner/heater.
Linen and towels provided, hairdryer.
Downstairs : open and bright space,
Kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and oven.
Basic pantry items, along with coffee, tea and coffee pods etc.
Dining area:
Table and chairs, quaint kitchen dresser.
Lounge room:
TV , free internet, couches, coffee table.
Laundry with washing machine and iron.
Outside:
Off street parking, private courtyard.

Check in 3pm Check out 10am, security code issued to access door keys prior to check in.
Late check out may be available subject to bookings and arrangements.
Maximum occupancy: four adults, two queen beds only.
Not suitable for children.
No parties or events.
No smoking inside.
No pets, we have a cat "Ginger" who thinks he is an only child.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refunded if cancelled within 30 days before arrival date.
50% refunded if cancelled within 14 days before arrival.
